Whats on your workspace Wednesday - 149

Well Easter's over with, but lots of chocolate sitting in my cupboard as eldest G Son went back to Bristol on Monday leaving one of his Easter Eggs by mistake, oops - still his loss, my gain......

Very busy weekend and no crafting done for a few days but making up for it like mad now with two full afternoons spent playing.

Here's my desk today.

Finished off the concertina/box/card thingy (never know the 'correct' name of anything these days) that I started at our stamp club meeting at the weekend so lots of bits of lace (it's a pretty theme for a change).  Also on my table are a wooden folding shrine for altering and a wooden pencil box that Neet brought on Saturday to give away and I snaffled it - that's going to get the treatment as well one day soon.  I'll post a close-up of the card in a couple of days but want to keep this post short as I know you have lots of desks to get round.

Pop over to Julia's place for the great desk hop see you there..

Before I go, if anyone wants a peep at the latest on the Altered book I'm doing with Elizabeth it's in yesterday's post here - link.

I'm in love with that box "thingy." It is a fabulous color and I liked how you used buttons on it as an accent. I am waiting to see what you do with the lace and ribbon. Have a super WOYWW from # 9 this week!

OOh nice, like the flower you've made on the card. Love that you say it's going to get 'the treatment' and we all instantly understand!

Love the pencil box and buttons box. My son has left an egg on my desk, I've been very restrained - don't know how long I can keep it up! Suzanne #96

Lots of interesting and pretty things on your desk this week, Ann.

Thanks for your comment on my blog, and I'm glad you like my zentangles. The mixed media project progresses slowly as everything takes ages to dry, and I'm making it up as I go along so not sure myself how it will turn out! It's highly experimental.

As far as my blog background is concerned, I am aware that the purple colour isn't brilliant, but as I pointed out, it's a work in progress and hopefully it will all be sorted in a day or two. Please bear with me!!

great stuff going on here. I think I remember the box with the buttons on . . it's the one that inspired me to get the inka gold to make one. I never did make one but you have reminded me to do it now, thanks

Great looking desk. Love the lace all laying out there. I think the box/card thing and the card are really cute! I appreciate you comments on my TSS project. You can use the TSS plates in a Big shot using just the platform and one plate. Vickie #106

Sorry for this really late visit to your desk this week. It looks interesting - love the button box and all that lace!

Thanks for your visit to my desk - you asked whether I'd be colouring in the butterflies on my TH bag - no, I don't think so, I love it how it is.

I'll be catching up with your AB posts soon x
