WOYWW 252?

Lots of goodies on my desk today that I picked up at the Happy Stampers show at Port Sunlight on Saturday.

Some stamps, of course, Zendoodles by Lindsay Mason for PI, Crafty Individuals (have already had a play with the sunflower one), Lavinia Stamps, Woodwear, and a new (to me) stamp set by Clearly Besotted.  These are a sheet of feathers that come with a matching set of dies so I had to have both of course.  Was quite restrained with my other purchases, couple of masks including a fab peacock feather one and a yellow Adirondack ink pad.  I should replace all my Adirondacks as I have had them for over 10 years and you cant get re-inkers for them now but I keep eeking them out a little longer. Last of the purchases is the pretty paper pad at the top right, springlike pinks and greens so Easter cards are calling to me.

So that's it for this week. Going on a desk hop now courtesy of Julia our charming hostess but I will leave you with this photo of the magnolia in next door's garden yesterday, stunningly beautiful in the sunshine.

To say we are so close our magnolia is nowhere near in bloom. Colder up here I guess.
Great purchases Anne, you bought a lot more than me - I spent too much time gassing.

Liking that stencil - I never liked repeating patterns before but I am seeing he usefulness of them more nowadays - and the botanical stamp. I really need to get to a show soon to SEE stuff before I buy and let impulse take over LOL!

Happy WOYWW!

Look at that magnolia! How gorgeous is that? Actually I was walking this morning and admiring some really old magnolias in my village..they are stunning this year, maybe the mild winter has encouraged them to go mad!
I'm so glad to see someone else splashing the cash, lol! Those papers are really pretty :-)

Hi Anne, love all your new stamps! I'm not crazy about all the zentangle thing, but I LOVE those owls! The magnolia is gorgeous isn't it? I love to see them, thought about getting one, but I once saw the mess on the ground when they drop their petals- went right off the idea then, lol. Re the Adirondack re- inkers, I had an e-mail off Susan( Country View Crafts) and she said if I let her know what other colours I wanted, besides what she has on her site, she'd order from her supplier for me, so you will be able to get any you need- just drop her an e-mail. Have a great week, running around late this week, I lost Wednesday completely, lol. Hugs Shaz #55 xx

Wow, you've got a nice lot of stamps there! I particularly like that flowery in the bottom right hand corner, very dainty. And yes, it is a shame that Darkroom Door have changed from those tins, I rather liked them too.
Thanks for dropping by earlier,

"that flowery ONE" woops, brain moving faster than fingers, or is it the other way round? Never sure :)

Hi Ann,

Lots of nice goodies there on your desk!

Isn't it nice to see the beginnings of spring. My lilacs have blooms on them but we got snow yesterday; hopefully it didn't get to freezing.

Thank you for visiting me already! Happy belated WOYWW
