WOYWW 254

What a brilliant week. no rain and a bucketful of sunshine with lots of walks for me and Sorrel.  Seems a shame to be inside when the weather is so kind but I did manage to do a bit in my journal so that's on my desk.

Lots of inks - you should see my fingers - my new, and favourite, fern mask and new Sheena Douglas silhouette stamps of the Rosebay Willow herb.  The quote on the page came from the little book at the bottom right, lots of good, and some 'not so good' quotes and sayings and it didn't cost me a penny.  Carmel was giving it away at our last stamp club meeting and I happened to be in the right place at the right time.
That's it for this week, short and sweet as Sorrel is waiting for her walk and there is a lawn to cut when I get home.  Will still make time for a snoop around most of the desks via Julia's Stamping Ground so see you there.
Here's a closer look at the journal page if you're interested.

I am loving the colours and stamps and stencils that you have used to make this page!! Aren't the Dylusions Inks the best!! I have tried others but I keep coming back to them :-). Thanks for popping in and leaving a lovely comment on my blog Ann. Have a great week and happy WOYWW.

Gorgeous, Ann - enjoy the sunshine while you can. Love the colours you used - some of my favourites and ones I'm using myself right now. I wonder how many people bought that stamp after last week? It does look good, though. Great work. Cath xxx

What a lovely page, Anne. A beautiful sentiment - to relish the small things. Fantastic!
A great busy desk this week, with some great things to peep at! Like the rose bay willow herb stamp. I like many of the Sheena products myself.
Have a special Easter.

Hasn't the weather been fab? I've been outside a lot too, can't craft when the sun is shining. I do it at night instead!

Hi Ann,

Great journal page. My library has a used bookstore and eventually the books that don't sell are free for the taking. I am always looking for foreign language books and books of quotes - I recognized the little book right away as I have one in that series.

Have a lovely Easter.
Happy belated WOYWW
Peace, Kay (13)
